With Super Bowl Sunday right around the corner(2/2/14), I've decided to offer a menu for your private parties. If you see something you like and don't feel like cooking, let me do it for you. All of these items are easily served and double as delicious cures for the common hangover...
Appetizers-
1.) Devil's Eggs-(I have a few choices...)
Traditional-(a party staple.)horseradish mustard, mayo, a couple spices, and a paprika sprinkle...no nonsense deviliciosness...
Devil's egg-
I take hot mustard and crushed red pepper and stoke the fires of hell into a heavenly heat. It's hot. It's cold. A deviled egg so good, you'll wonder if hell just froze over.
The Devil's on a Haystack(quick, get the water...)-
I put the devil's egg mixture on top of a pile of Habanero & Jalapeno infused sauerkraut, stuffed into the egg white half. (think a spicy, pickled, deviled egg with a satisfying crunch.)

2.) Homemade Chili & Cheese Dip-
Start the party off with this oooey gooey pan of cheesy chili goodness. There's cheese on the bottom, cheese on the top, homemade chili in the middle. What more do you need?

Entrees-
2.) Sweet & Angry Pulled Pork Sandwitches-
Here's a wicked sandwich if ever, if ever, there's one because...I take a pork roast and soak it in Angry Orchard cider overnight. Then, I rub it with my special blend of sugar & spice and slow cook it to perfection with some garlic, onion, jalapenos, and some more Angry Orchard. When it's all finally melted, I mix it with a honey pecan barbecue sauce and serve it topped with Apple Slaw.
3.) Apple Slaw-
This healthy fruit and veggie mix is the perfect topping for my pulled pork sandwich... But, it also stands on it's own, as a healthy yummy side dish. It's a cool & crunchy mix of cabbage, apples, carrots, craisins, pineapple, ginger, and Greek yogurt.
4.) Sloppy Moe's-
Now, here's a real meat and potatoes sandwich. I've taken the traditional Sloppy Joe to a whole new level with my special mix of ground beef, sweet potatoes, and personal blend of brown sugar, molasses, and jalapenos. It's sweet. It's hot. It's oh so satisfying...

5.) 666 Chili-
This recipe was named after the original recipe which was made with 6 lbs. of meat, 6 kinds of beans, and 6 kinds of peppers. It's heat can be altered to any taste.
